Overall, I found this class really interesting. One part that stood out to me was learning how narrative elements— like character, conflict, and resolution— can make digital experiences much more engaging, relatable, and memorable. Storytelling plays a huge role in improving things like onboarding, microcopy, and product flows, by helping to build trust, simplify interactions, and reinforce a human-centred brand identity. It showed me how important it is to bring a sense of story and empathy into digital design, not just focus on functionality.
