As part of my research, I explored the broader pain points within the commercial design industry, particularly focusing on hotels, Airbnbs, and event spaces. Understanding these challenges has been crucial in shaping a product that genuinely meets the needs of business owners, designers, and guests alike. Through this exploration, I found that frequent renovation demands, the pressure to continually refresh interiors, the need for flexibility, and growing sustainability concerns are some of the most common struggles across these sectors. Identifying these issues has helped me refine a potential role in offering a smarter, more adaptive solution for commercial spaces.
