For Our final project of the semester, we had to design a website based on a section of Bruno Schultz’s book, ‘The Street of Crocodiles’.

Firstly, I designed the website on Figma, using ideas that came to mind when reading this section of the book. The images and description below is my interpretation and representation of the book (please note: two images would not upload to either JPG or PDF at the time of writing this blog).

I toyed with the idea of making the main image even larger and putting the title of the website over it. I really liked this idea, but I thought that it may be difficult to see the text as there’s a lot of bright colours in the image and it would be too difficult for me to make on code.
