As part of the UX development for Moda, I created user flows to map out how different users would move through the app. This helped me clearly plan out the pathways a guest or business owner would take — from opening the app, to choosing a wall style, uploading their own photos, and customising their experience.
Creating the user flows allowed me to think logically and carefully about each step a person would take. It helped me ensure that the journey feels intuitive, with clear decision points and a smooth, luxurious experience that matches the feel of the brand. It also made me consider where users might need extra guidance or feedback, like confirmation screens or helpful prompts.
I found this process really useful because it helped me simplify the experience — stripping away anything that didn’t need to be there and focusing on making the important actions as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Working on user flows gave me a much stronger foundation for designing the app itself. It made me think not just about features, but about how users will actually move through the experience in a natural and satisfying way. It’s been a really important step in making Moda a truly user-focused product.
