I created a user journey map based on insights from my interview. I mapped out key stages in the journey: awareness, delay begins, procrastination cycle, panic, and completion. Through my research, I found that this tends to be the typical pattern most people experience when they procrastinate.

At first, this process felt a bit daunting since I had never created a user journey map before. However, I’m really happy with how it turned out. It gave me a much deeper understanding of the emotional ups and downs users face, and it helped me visualise the real challenges behind procrastination more clearly. Completing this step has made me feel more connected to the problem I'm trying to solve. I now feel much more prepared and excited to start developing features for my app that truly respond to these user needs.
