This week we studied Typography and its importance for design.

We were given the task to design a letter in nine different ways, taking inspiration from Wolfgang Weingart.

I chose the letter ‘K’ because I thought that there were many different ways you could design the letter as its quite complex.

This is the final outcome:

I don’t mind these designs, but, I do think I can push myself a bit more to be more creative.

Secondly, we were given the task to combine two letters nine ways.

The Final Outcome:

I’m really happy with how these designs turned out. I think these designs are quite funky and i throughly enjoyed the process of working on these particular designs. This is definitely my favourite design and task of the day.
