In this week 6 of the course, we dived into brand rollouts.
Touchpoints are all the wonderful ways users get to interact with your brand. There's an endless array of these touchpoints and a limitless number of ways to make the most of them. By carefully considering and crafting each touchpoint, you can help create a special bond with your users. They'll continually discover fresh, exciting ways to engage with your brand.
Advertising can help grow your brand and having this touchpoint designed correctly can be incredibly important as it can often be the first touchpoint users come into contact with. Usually when i’m scrolling on Tiktok, I come across these CGI ads for make-up brands. I find these ads incredibly interesting as it’s a new way of advertising a product rather than traditional advertisements such as a billboard or a poster. This is clearly the future of advertisements which is exciting to me as I love that creativity is flourishing due to advanced technology.
Branded merchandise are items that bear a company’s logo, brand name, or message and are distributed or sold to promote the brand and foster brand recognition. Branded merchandise can range from everyday items like pens, keychains, and tote bags to higher end products such as apparel and electronics. When researching examples of brand merchandise, I came across Hailey Bieber’s latest launch, her Rhode phone case. This simple, curvy lip-balm phone case highlighted the fact that there is an entire universe of gear that has yet to exist. I’m not suggesting that I’m going to create a really unique piece of merchandise for my brand, but, I truly admire the innovation it took to create this product
